• What happens if I have something come up and have to cancel my walk? 

  • If you have to cancel due to something on your end you will be issued a 50% refund back to the card you paid with. 

• What happens if we have to cancel due to weather or any other circumstances that are to no fault of the customer?

  • You will be issued a 100% full refund back onto the card you paid with!

• It gets cold, snowy, and icy in the winter, how does this work when it is too cold to be outside?

  • We got you covered! We have 3 indoor locations to choose from. Jordan Creek Mall, Valley West Mall, and the Des Moines Skywalk! The winter is when you may need a friendly face the most! 

• Do I get to choose who I walk with? 

  • At this time, we do not offer the ability to choose who you walk with, we hope this is a feature coming soon! 

• Will you go on a walk with me around my neighborhood?

  • Of course! We will walk anywhere our customer wants, their choice! As long as it is a public area and it is daylight!
